It's great when customers don't accept your answer.

"Do you have Maple Walnut?"
No, uh...(I didn't get a chance to say more)

"Do you have coffee?"Sometimes people try to order coffee at the ice cream window, so I had to confirm:
Coffee flavoured ice cream?

"Uh, yeah." (in a snotty tone, like I was a moron)
No. Actually, our flavours are listed right out here.

I reach out the window and point to the sign. She orders something. When I hand it to her, she says "but it says coffee there."
Well, that's the Scotsburn flavour guide, but we don't have all those flavours. Sheesh. I had already told her no AND it's not on OUR list of flavours.

Or, how about when they do listen to your answer, but are too stupid to understand it?

"How much are your cigarettes?"
The regular brands are $10.99, after tax.
"Oh, after tax. But how much are they with tax?"
Since that's what I had already told him, I broke it down for him.
Well, um...they're $9.56 plus tax, which is $10.99.
"Yeah, but how much are they with tax?"
$10.99.
