Day 2 (this is seriously the longest I've gone without a drink in months)

-fidgety, restless, bored
-can't concentrate, must do homework
-went to the grocery store today; only bought food
-flushed, flustered, panicky in the store
-didn't sleep well last night. I imagine tonight'll be worse
-mind's racing, not so numb anymore, more jumbled
-cigarettes do not fullfill the craving
-anxiety building in chest
